I booked Interparcel to take a rug from an ebay seller to me. They didn't pick it up. I called them. They were no help. They didn't pick it up. I called them, and the customer service promised it would be picked up. Was it? NO. FIVE DAYS LATER (with a poor lady waiting in for them) someone eventually picked the wretched thing up.
The sage did not end there. I noticed my flat number was wrong. I called interparcel, who assured me it was ok. Well, no. I waited in for four days, put a note on the buzzer, called interparcel every day, and still no delivery. I asked if I could contact the courier directly, but no. They said they would contact the courier (but didn't).
I called again, apparently if I want my parcel I now have to pay the entire fee again, or pick it up directly from the warehouse two counties away.
In all, this has now been going on for two weeks.
Absolutely terrible. DO NOT USE.
