I would like to thank Interparcel for there efficient and friendly service. It is a pleasure to speak to staff who are helpful and friendly. I spoke with Ellie Paul on the 17th April 2012 re invoices that did not make sense to me. Rather than fobbing me off she took the time to listen to me and resolve any confusion i had. Ellie sent me relevant information whilst i was still on the phone and waited to ensure i received it.
All in all excellent service and i would recommend the Company to anyone. Thanks Ellie
