I have used them for years and found them to be great when it runs smoothly, but they take no responisbility when it goes wrong - whether it is the courier's fault or theirs - most recently they messed up the booking after they took my money and it took 4 days to get the parcel resent and even then they wouldn't speed up delivery or compenstate for the late delivery to a customer i had promised the item to, i didn't want damages, just for the parcel to be collected asap and shipped quickly (they would only have had to rebook it and pay an additional £2 for the delivery to be quicker!)

THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR SIDE OF THE BARGAIN.
