Ordered a dress from Rare London for my fiance. Given 1 hr timeslot for delivery. I waited in all morning only to recieve an email stating that the driver had attempted delivery but no one was home. Also stated that a calling card was left. Neither is true. Called customer services who were rude and told me they had proof via GPS that the driver was outside my house when the email was sent. Have arranged re-delivery - will see if it turns up.
