I placed an order on Saturday through an online store. The next delivery option was chosing and it was confirmed that this would arrive on Tuesday (the day after the next working day). All as expected and really pleased when the store sent me a an email yesterday to say the order would with me today and that Interlink would provide me with a 1 hour delivery slot. I've been tracking it via Interlink ever since. It was collected from the store yesterday and is down as out for delivery today. However, no one hour slot given and its now 7pm so guess its not coming. Tried contacting them through their website but no response. Tried tweeting their account, but nothing. Really not happy. Had this issue with them before and wouldn't choose to buy anything that they have a had in delivering if I had a choice. They just don't seem to give a two hoots about the end customer and their communication is appalling.
