I can see a lot of bad reviews about Interlink... my worse nightmare is HDNL who on the surface don't fair any better?

I ordered goods from a shopping channel and was sent an email as to it's exact delivery date a week before. On the day of delivery I checked the tracking on their website and it was due for delivery between 14.45 and 15.45 hrs that day.

It arrived at 16.15hrs. Can't grumble at half hour lateness... HDNL haven't delivered in 2 days when they should have? I'm still waiting as I write!!!
