This is the most imcompetent dishonest delivery company in the UK. They take next day delivery payments, fail to go anywhere near the property they are delivering to,claim there was no one in, when there are always at least two people in the premises. They cost honest people time and money in attempting to rearrange deliveries that have never been attempted, a difficult process as you need the "you were out" card to arrange this and as they never came near the property you don't have one. There poor service costs hard working companies clients as there is no point doing business with them when their courier is going to absocnd with the goods you ahve bought.

And their drivers are so thick that they do not do this once they do the same thing over and over again. We now check which courier a company uses before making a purchase inform that we are sorry not to be able to do business with them but their courier is so unreliable and lacking in honesty that we cannot afford to give them our business.

They are a shower. It's a pity you can't do minus rating, i'd give this company minus 20 stars any day of the week.
