Parcel never arrived. I phoned the £1.50 a minute call centre to ask why.
It had been recorded as being delivered. ‘Who signed for it?’ I asked. ‘It was left in your garage’. ’ I don't have one’! ‘Oh sorry, he says it was left in your shed’. ‘I don't have one’?! ‘Nobody knocked’! ‘He said he knocked and got no answer’. ‘Don't worry he'll be back in half an hour’. ‘REALLY? I checked my security camera footage and not only has nobody walked up my drive this afternoon, but no Interlink Express vehicle has passed my house today.’
The driver, Just another loser stealing from those who are trying to get on in life, giving his company and other delivery staff a bad name!
The call cost me £8!
I hope he gets sacked!

Sounds familiar, but thankfully got the item in the end. At what point does it become fraud?
