“paid for same day collection didnt turn up no apology...”

paid for same day collection and next day delivery didnt turn up. Rang 5 mins before closed and said would be with me within hour, they were not. Called the next day said would collect that day and I would have to wait in all day again (supopsed to be delivered that day) Didnt even apologise just said driver ran out of time. No refund offered either.
