“Awful”

I was told my parcel would be delivered between 9 and 10am, so I sat at my window waiting only to get an email at 9:15 saying they had tried to deliver but no one was home to sign for it when they hadn't even attempted to deliver it, I'm guessing they couldn't find my house and/or just couldn't be bothered. USELESS
