Was given a time slot for delivery so made sure that I was in ALL DAY-just in case...
No sign of delivery man or van. No card through my door. No call to contact number provided. No buzzing my intercom. Just an email (sent during delivery time slot) to say that I was out and to rearrange the delivery.
Clearly they couldn't find my address/be bothered to deliver.
Contact number is a premium (0844) automated system so I was unable to contact the driver to give them directions & a piece of my mind.
DO NOT USE-even worse than HDL used to be.
