absolutely rediculous!!! if you want a parcel the day specified go with a different delivery company! these people are like monkeys!! infact no monkeys would do a better job! i will never use these people again ever!! website useless! cannot even contact them via phone!! just total time wasters cannot even explain how angry i am with this company! i waited in alday but needed electric so had go to shop which is like 7 doors away from my address so i put a note on the door explaining im at the shop will be no more than 3 mins maximum i got back there was a sorry we missed you card! i was 2 minutes i checked so this lazy driver must of turned up wrote his card and buggered off! im so angry inconsiderate or what! so advice to anyone considering them is dont! not unless u engoy being messed about and being made a fool of!.
