I stopped ordering from Amazon and cancelled my prime subscription as we did not once get the items delivered on time. In one occasion the driver showed up nearly at 10pm a day after the parcel was supposed to be delivered.
On a separate occasion the goods had to be returned three times due to the item being dented (looked like it had the living daylight kicked out if it). At the end I had to ask for a refund and cancel the order.
I then moved to Tesco direct only to find out afterwards that the deliveries are being carried out by Yodel (former HDNL).
When I purchase online now, I am having to search the web for items provided by companies that do not use HDNL for their delivery!
