Absolutely awful... AWFUL!!

I thought it was just me!?
I was supposed to receive a package about 3 weeks ago, have been waiting and waiting. The order was sent from abroad so I expected it may take a few weeks. However, time went on and I still hadn't got it. Was concerned when I didn't receive a calling card, after I had seen they had tried to deliver the package twice already (really?!). So I called them, after being on hold for 10 or so minutes... The first guy seemed helpful, yet he referred me to some random company who said they would redeliver it for me. Tried to find this company on the internet... they do not exist. Called them back complaining and another guy referred me to yet ANOTHER company instead. I stupidly called this company and they had no idea why HDN had referred me to them. Still no parcel.. now what?!
An absolute joke. I'm so angry
