I got some fabulous sale bargains from Boden for my daughter's holiday. They got as far as the local depot according to the tracking system, then there was no further update. I called Boden who contacted HDNL/Yodel who apparently said the package had gone missing.
Boden are refunding the money, but where am I supposed to get the same quality for the same price in the next 3 days?
I'm extremely disappointed with the service (or lack thereof) of HDNL.
