WARNING - DO NOT USE!

I ordered a couple of DVD's from Amazon through their prime order trial for next day delivery, expected on the Monday. Wednesday had come and I had still not received the items or a notice through my door. I contacted Amazon who told me it had been delivered on the Monday and left on my 'porch'. I live in a block of flats so it was actually left either in the hallway that is open to anyone or the front door of a busy street, I had received nothing through my letter box to tell me it had been left on the 'porch'.

I wish I could have give them no stars as they don't even deserve 1!
