“Next Day Delivery”

Paid extra for next day delivery and received email that parcel will be delivered on 14/03/12 --- Web site show that it is out for delivery on 14/03, then on 15/ 03 and then on 16/03 --- This service stinks and these people have no clue what next day delivery means. But, cannot complain about service because there is NO service and no-one to be contacted to speak to. Quick to take money and very slow to deliver. Rotten bunch! No value for money!
