Booked my parcel collection on 4/8/17 to be collected on 5/8/17. no collection by 7/8/17. Used webchat and spoke with somebody who told me there was a technical error there end and it would be collected 8/8/17. 9/9/17 came still no collection. Spoke to somebody on the phone who told me the courier wasn't working at the moment and they had a stand in( how this should effect my parcel collection is beyond me) I was told it would be collected that day by midday, 15:00 still no collection. Call again-now they can't get hold of courier and said it will be collected 10/8/17. Phoned again and webchatted and raised a complaint on 10/08/17 to be told they still count get hold of the courier. The lady on the phone said I'll just refund you your money and you can go elsewhere-unbelievable!!!!! I said I'd rather not as id already paid for a service I wasn't receiving. I just want to know a day it will be collected. She promised me that day by 15:00. 19:30 comes round still not collected. Phoned in again to be fobbed off once again. It was finally collected today after 1 week! God knows how long it will take to get to me. Awful service, awful customer service and rude staff at leeds office who genuinely do not care. I WOULD ADVISE TO AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS-YES IT MAY BE CHEAP BUT IT DOESN'T WORK OUT CHEAP WHEN YOUR CONSTANTLY ON THE PHONE TO THEM BEING LIED TO Such a stressfull time and all because i wanted some belongings returned that I had left on a holiday camp. Not the experiance i wanted to return from holiday to. I wasn't even lucky enough for an apology or the 3 managers callback I was promised!! The most I was offered was a credit to my account in the amount I had already paid for the service. Cheers myhermes
