Apparently the driver attempted delivery 3 times, I was at the address on every occasion and no-one had been, or left a calling card. When I tried to contact Hermes they were useless. The online chat service was like speaking to an automated robot, they couldn't offer me any help and told me that it wasn't their problem but the retailers from whom I'd made the purchase. I confirmed all my details three times, was assured the driver would call me (he didn't!) and every "attempt" to deliver it was the same situation.
I am now just waiting in the hopes that it either gets delivered (not hopeful) or it gets returned to the retailer where I will be refunded, advised to re-purchase and the whole thing starts again.
Unimpressed, disappointed. Would not recommend and will avoid company.
