I spoke to CHANTELLE,very polite helped me all the way to returning my item
she was excellent as i have never used Hermes before and she arranged everything
for me,she swam the English channel and back for me great service ,my item was down
for house pick up ,i could not stay in ,so Chantelle rearranged and provided a new
label and the nearest collection point/shop to be returned ,i have not paid for the return ,but looked at the prices and find them very good,i do not work for this company this is my private opinion.this is a legal review and my words by law and my freedom to express my thoughts and actions , thank you have a nice day .
