Avoid!

My first experience of this company was a few months ago. Hermes had apparently delivered a parcel and obtained a signature. Trouble started when the time the tracking system said the parcel had been delivered, 2 people were in the property and no one knocked at the door and no card was left. The order was resent - similar scenario - according to the tracking system the parcel had been left in the garden! When I contacted the company asking for a copy of the person who had taken the parcel and made further enquiries as to where the parcel had been left in the garden - they refunded my money with no further questions asked and no signature being given to me!!

I then ordered something else and only found out that Hermes were the courier for this company when I received the tracking system - my heart sank and I never expected to see the parcel. Apparently they tried to make a delivery albeit no one was in - no card was left and the parcel could have been pushed through the letter box! Tracking system said it would be delivered within the next 24 hours but needless to say it was not. When I contacted the company who use Hermes as their courier, they could not even get hold of the courier so again my money was refunded and the tracking system still says the package is with the courier!! I did advise the company that while they continue to use Hermes as their couriers I would not be ordering any more items from their company!
