TOLD US THEY HAD DELIVERED ITEMS TWICE ON THE SAME DAY AT DIFFERENT TIMES, EVEN THOUGH FACTORY WAS CLOSED ON THE SO CALLED SECOND DELIVERY, AND I WAS THERE ALL DAY FOR THE FIRST DELIVERY. I HAVE HAD A TERRIBLE TIME WITH THEM ITEMS DID NOT ARRIVE. HERMES STATED (REDEEMED LOST) BUT THEY WILL DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. TERRIBLE FIRM THEY DO NOT EVEN GET PEOPLE TO SIGN FOR THINGS. SOME DELIVERIES ARE MADE BY PRIVATE CAR THEY DO NOT ASK FOR A SIGNATURE. THEY ARE VERY,VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WHEN I GOT IN TOUCH WITH THEM, THEY TOLD ME TO CONTACT THE SELLER AS THEY WOULD NOT DEAL WITH ME, SEEMS THEY WILL NOT DEAL WITH ANY ONE. I AM £100 OUT OF POCKET THROUGH HERMES. THEY TOLD THE SELLER THEY HAD BEEN DELIVERED SO THAT WAS THAT. EBAY BELIEVED THE COURIER AND CLOSED THE COMPLAINT DOWN. SO BEWARE DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE. JUST READ ALL THE REVIEWS, IT TELLS YOU ALL. AS A COURIER IT STINKS. THE PRODUCT I PAYED FOR BUT NEVER RECEIVED WERE 6 ROLLER BLINDS.
