My seller send my order through UPS. They e-mail the day before dispatch. It never arrived despite of telephoned time everyday with same answer - ' it will be ther to-day'. A week later, I managed to speak with someone not from their swichboard. She told me my package had gone missing! Wow, when are you going to tell me then? They insisted that I have to contacted my seller in order to investigate this matter. They lost my package and no investigation into the matter! What sort of trading standard is that. Globule courier? Not as far as the Chelmsford depot concern.

Sorry to hear about your experiences. Mine have always been similar with Hermes.
Unlike other delivery companies, the deliverymen are untrained, unprofessional and rude. If you do eventually receive your delivery, they just dump your item at the entrance or lobby area if you live in a block of flats which makes them liable to get stolen.
There is no such thing as customer service with this company! MyHermes / Hermes are terrible.
The sooner this business is gone the better so reputable companies can take over.
