Hermes tried unsuccessfully to deliver my parcel three times. On each occasion they left a card with no contact information for the driver or local delivery center. The my Hermes Web site did not recognise the bar code number on the missed delivery card and had no other contact information. The parcel was sent back to the company I had bought the item from. I had no way of contacting the courier. Is this their way of forcing people to pay more to collect from one of their locker locations. Worst courier ever. How do they manage to stay in business.
