Ordered a shirt which Hermes decided to throw over my side gate and leave to be rained on all day. Cardboard was soaked through and shirt damaged. Retailer (Charles thyrwitt) was very good and resolved and has marked my account to only be sent by Royal Mail in future, but as for Hermes they use local self employed drivers with cars who care very little for the packages they deliver. They just want to make sure it's 'delivered' so they get their payment. Retailers should stop using this shoddy company.
