This company is run by incompetant people,whilst trying to send a parcel the driver came left a card and parcel saying it had no barcode label ( it was on the other side), the telephone number which was left I tried to ring only to be told that my call was barred due to my number not being known. I have had to find a shop to take it to for it to be delivered, the cost of this service might be reasonable but why should we pay for incompetence.
