Just have to give amazing feedback for my Hermes courier. She delivers to me in Thurcroft. She always delivers at the same time, which is so helpful, can rely on her and arrange my day around her. I am a 71yr old lady, today I was all of a fluster trying to return a parcel to cotton traders, print this, pay for returns. I have not had to return to them before, and will never shop with them again! But she came showed me how to sort even gave me a reassuring cuddle. So hopefully you can give her a pat on the back, with staff like this lady your business should thrive! Thank you to her...Mrs XX Rotherham
