I have been waiting for my package to arrive for more than a week!
As I cannot contact the delivery man and/or arrange to collect from depot all communication is through the sender of the package - frustrating for both myself and the person trying to run their business.
After agreeing the package to be left with neighbours the driver has not bothered but preferred to stop buy the ridiculous "7 times" all of which I got 2 notes notifying me there is a package I have not received - no tracking, no contact information or who to contact to actually receive what I have paid for!
Ridiculous, waste of time.
