We have used this company unfortunately unavoidably for various suppliers and I can honestly say this is the last time enough is enough.
why so Many big names use his  outfit is a mystery to me.
most would agree that a business is only as good as its weakest link and if you are using these contractor's as a delivery service this is it.
We have purchased lots of goods from different quality retail outlets only to be let down and disappointed by the delivery service supplied by Hermes moreover.
When you speak to customer services of high end retailers they are not surprised you have been let down and simply start yet another investigation.
you get the impression its a perfectly normal event.
The final straw was august bank holiday weekend.
we received a text message from dun elm stating our parcel for curtains and bedding had arrived and was signed for.
interestingly we were 98 miles away when the text arrived in Skegness when we signed for it so it must have been a very long pencil.
when we got home there was no posted card on the matt. we checked all the neighbours and no deliveries there either.
So yet another mystery investigation being carried out by the supplier.
wake up guys this service is loosing you business and money,
We will never knowingly use Hermes delivery service again.
Even if it means we miss a purchase or perhaps I need to travel and pick the thing up myself.
