The third time I've had the misfortune of experiencing the nonsense Hermes sell as a service. Sure they are 25% cheaper than Parcelforce but they are 100 less effective. A joke of a collection service - they never, ever pick up on your selected booking time, they never, ever deliver within 3-5 days and their 'we'll get back to you in 24 hours' promise seems to operate on some outer world time zone while their live chat customer service is frankly a complete waste of time and space. They redefine the definition of rubbish and maybe serving larger corporate clients has become a priority - unless you are one or happy to waste days of your life that you will never get back waiting for a Hermes collection/delivery - avoid them at all costs. They are a sham!

Rubbish is where you'll find your package if you are an unfortunate recipient of their "delivery". Look in your bins before contacting Customer "Service".
