The item I ordered was sent to the wrong depot and arrived when I was on holiday. Three notes were left asking me to contact them but no telephone number was given on any of these notes. I found a number on their website but it was going to cost me £1.50 per minute to speak to them. I eventually found another number but it was automated, and because I ordered the item from a retailer, Hermes would not speak to me, and I had to contact the retailer.
If I had known the retailer I ordered my purchase from,used a poor delivery service that a customer cannot contact, I would not have used them

Please, please, ask the retailer which courier they use. If it's Hermes, shop somewhere else. You aren't going to see this package in this lifetime, so let this retailer absorb the cost and your ill will.
