I have had numerous terrible experiences with this awful courier including today, when I was sitting in my living room and heard another parcel crash down outside my front door, having been thrown over the gate, which seems to be done routinely by Hermes drivers. I immediately went out and confronted the driver, who told me he hadn't bothered ringing the bell as I wasn't in yesterday (I was)! I like shopping with John Lewis but unfortunately will now shop elsewhere as the delivery service is awful.
