Called about a delivery that was incorrectly sent to my home. I called them regarding this and the manager proceeded to interrupt me every time I tried to explain to him, about 20 times I had to repeat my address to him and then he started to argue with the person dispatched to deliver the item. The boy sounded like he was going to attack the manager judging my his attitude. This country has got it's work cut out to sort out the kind of people being employed. I can't believe with the number of unemployed out there, this is the best they can do.
