Hermes delivered 2 parcels from two different suppliers on the same day. The first parcel took a month from when it was given to Hermes, needless to say the live plants were not very happy. Both parcels were left on our access track 1/2 km from the house with no protection from the rain. In the Hermes on line tracking the delivery driver recorded that the first parcel had been signed for, a blatant lie.
No other courier service is as bad as Hermes.
