Poor Courier & leave parcels in rubbish bins!!!

Waited in today for parcel, then tracked it late afternoon only to find that it stated it had been delivered but it had not been delivered to our address and we had no card posted to state this either, 3 hrs later our next door but two neighbour came round with the parcel which had been left in his green bin! This courier keeps leaving parcels in either black or green bins for everyone around our area,which I think is disgusting and very unhygienic and also not safe as if anyone passing by sees this courier putting parcels in bins all they have to do is wait until the courier has gone and then go and steel it!!!! We have also found other neighbours parcels in pour black bin but the courier has left a card at the neighbours saying the parcel has been left in his black bin but in fact he's put it in ours which is over a wall on a totally different driveway!!! Does this courier need to go to Specsavers so that he can read the correct address on his parcels and the house numbers on the bins to make sure they correspond !!!!!
