Two different orders placed at two different times from two different companies both using Hermes and neither parcel's have arrived although both times Hermes have emailed a receipt to say delivered!! First order was apparently delivered to letter box which is a total lie and second order has today been delivered to my outbuilding ... Which i do not have!! Why companies continue to use this sham of a delivery company astounds me. No cards left either occasion with contact details of the courrier and out of pocket AGAIN while I wait for this to be investigated.

Totally agree snails could deliver faster avoid if you can!
