Hermes is the worst delivery service I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I am currently awaiting parcels from Boden and John Lewis, I've been waiting for 12 days. i have contacted both retailers on numerous occasions and finally yesterday I was assured my parcels would be delivered today. I have waited in ALL day but nothing.
