On Tuesday, 16 December I booked a collection for Christmas gifts for my son to be delivered before Christmas. Collection was scheduled for Wednesday, 17 December between 8am and 8pm and an email received confirming the arrangement.

The collection was never made.

On Thursday, 18 December I went onto their website to try to see what could be done. The ONLY option offered was to reschedule the delivery - no telephone number, no email and no other way to contact them - only reschedule.

I rescheduled delivery for Friday, 19 December and received the confirmatory email again. NO COLLECTION AGAIN.

I turned to the website - there is a feedback link inviting comments from customers under the title 'we want to hear from you'. My computer returned a response message 'a potentially dangerous request'! How right my computer is.

What an appalling service and a shocking non-customer focussed company. Quick to take your money - slow to deliver any form of service, if any! I hope that they understand that my son's gifts will now arrive after Christmas and by the Post Office.

Happy holidays to Parcels 2 Go; I hope you send your parcels by a reliable firm and not your own.
