Using Hermes for 18 months due to Royal Mail prices, initially fine but recently several packages arrived quote "As if they'd used them for penalty practice" despite strong packaging and clearly marked Fragile. Complained 3 times, replies were short and they clearly hadn't bothered to read the detail and blamed their machinery as they clearly couldn't be bothered to investigate so I won't bother to use them again unless dire emergency.They have grown too quickly and frankly cannot cope - sad!
