ordered a new hoover fridge/freezer monday afternoon, given Tuesday as a slot and contacted at 7.30 am with a 4hr window (btwn 8-12), then a phone call at 10am to say delivery 10.30- 11.00, my wife was at home when the guys arrived with freezer at 10.50am , they were brilliant,professional and very helpful, they took out our old fridge freezer and unpacked and put new one in place, taking the old freezer and packaging with them ( thru AO it only cost 22.99 extra to take packaging and old freezer)which is great value, no messing around carrying to recycling centre !,
