Received text message at 7.01 am giving scheduled delivery time, arrived with washing machine and although disconnection of old machine had not been included in their instructions, this was still carried out and installation of new one completed. Cannot fault the two delivery guys who were extremely helpful, pleasant and polite. Would definitely recommend without any hesitation whatsoever!!
