I had an American fridge freezer delivered today by 2 very friendly, helpful delivery men. They unpacked the product and made adjustments for it to fit through 3 doors in to my house. Unfortunately the product did not fit in the allocated space and a phone all to the company was made. The product was very heavy but the delivery men hid their disappointment well! They never moaned or anything and took the product back out of the property. They had to put the handles and screws back on and wrap it back up. These men are an absolute credit to the company. They were team CDN51. I felt really bad that it didn't fit and they had to take it away.
