We would like to say how professional and courteous crew AV117 were in resolving the issues we had in replacing an aged Hotpoint washing machine.

Both members of the crew were friendly and very polite. We were kept informed by text and telephone with an approximate arrival time, which we found very helpful.

They carried out the removal and installation of its replacement with great care and efficiency, without leaving mess or damage.They were great ambassadors of your company and we would have no hesitation in recommending Expert Logistics based on our experience.
