Why I can`t talk with anybody, if I have problems with my arriving parcel? Why just only automated system do they have? Why do they send me the estimated delivery window time, if I can`t change it, or can`t talk with the driver? Why the driver lies about he left a calling card in front of our flat`s door, if it`s not there?
