Totally Unreliable

I ordered my new phone yesterday and it was due to be delivered today. Got my slot of 7.40-8.40pm. Tracked the delivery on their web site, came away from a dinner party when it said the driver was 30 minutes away. I kept tracking it watching as the driver delivered everyone else's parcels. I was number 140 of the deliveries. When he delivered parcel 139, the time changed to 5 minutes... The tracking info then changed to "we were unable to deliver your parcel" phoned dpd straight away, they phoned the driver- who said he was now back at the depot- which is a 40 minute drive from my house!!! This is the 3rd time I have had the misfortune of dealing with dpd- the 1st time they failed to get a signature and left £280 worth of wall lights by my front door, 2nd time I requested they leave the parcel by my back door, it was found thrown over my next door neighbours fence. Worst delivery company ever!!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!
