This is now the second week I've been waiting for my parcel. First they couldn't find my address so i gave them directions and screen shots of google maps. Why i had to do this for a delivery company is still daft. Anyway, second try they said no one was in but left a red card. Third time they didn't turn up and couldn't find my address again. Fourth time they left it in the depo for about 5 days. Fifth time i said to leave it in my safe place. They ignored this and said was no one to sign for it. It then went back to the depo for a few days. Today they tried to deliver and i saw the driver speed past my house.. not even looking for the address. They said they couldn't find the address despite finding it the second time and leaving a red card. How hard is it really to look on a map, go there, and leave a package? This is their full-time job!!!
