You didn't miss me, you just went to the wrong address and even took a picture of it and posted it on my tracking screen to prove your ineptitude!
After phoning Customer Services immediately as the driver must have been within minutes of me, I was assured she would get him to turn around.
10 minutes of being on hold later ..... "I'm sorry, he's finished for the day". So I pointed out that it was only 12.30pm and still within the 1 hour slot I was given that didn't finish until 12.59pm. *pause* "he must have gone off sick".
Absolute joke.
