I think that DPD are head and shoulders above the other delivery firms. First you are contacted to tell you what day the delivery will arrive then that is narrowed down to an hour. You can track your parcel and change the time, day and delivery address even after the parcel has left the depot. What else could you want? Thanks DPD.
