I had a parcel to be delivered to my work address at lunch time and then had to nip out on a work errand, whilst out I received a text saying the parcel was not delivered as there was nobody to sign for it.
Upon my return I was informed that there were 15 people available around the building to sign for this and that the delivery driver walked in waited less than a minute and left with the parcel before anybody knew he was there.
I think that is appalling and completely unacceptable furthermore when I called to speak to someone about re arranging the delivery he was flippant and very un helpful which leads me to conclude I would not be the only person who called with this complaint today.
I will NEVER use this company again!!
