DPD was picking up a sewing machine for repair on 7th August, no collection, driver said I was out, collection rearranged 8th August, I was assured the collection would be picked up after telephoning twice with the reference number, again no collection, head office answered my email stating the driver couldn't get access, I live in a bungalow with a drive for four cars and parking in front of the property. Don't use DPD they are a complete nightmare, sewing machine now being collected by a different company.
